The Governing Board meeting will be held in person at:

Walnut Creek School District Office
960 Ygnacio Valley Road
Walnut Creek, CA 94596
 
The Governing Board will meet in Closed Session at 5:00p.m. on the following subjects:
  • G.C. 54956.9: Special Education Final Settlement Agreement & General Release (one case)
  • G.C. 54956.9(2)(3)(d) - Conference with Legal Counsel, Anticipated Litigation (one case)
  • G.C. 54957: Employee Discipline/Dismissal/Release - Employee #1416

The Governing Board meeting will reconvene to Open Session at 6:00 p.m.

The Governing Board will hear the following agenda items for action:
  • Consent Calendar
  • Unaudited Actual Financial Reports 2025-26
  • Resolution 26-27-05 In Support of AUHSD Measure W Parcel Tax Election
  • Resolution 26-27-06 In Support of Proposition 3
  • Governing Board Assignments & Committees
  • CSBA Recommended Updates and Additions to Board Policy
 
Governing Board meetings are open to the public and are also viewable via LIVE STREAM access.
