Educational Services Overview

The mission of the Educational Services Department is to support WCSD schools in providing an excellent educational program for all students.  Working in collaboration with all district departments, site principals, and instructional staff, our work is guided by the WCSD Strategic Plan in order to engage, inspire and empower all of our students to embrace the joy of learning.  Our focus areas: relevant instructional materials and practices, on-going assessment and data analysis, and classroom-embedded professional development work in concert to support excellent teaching & learning.  The Curriculum & Instruction Department team members embrace and are extremely proud to support the WCSD community of learners.
