The public hearing opened at 6:07pm. There were no public comments and the hearing was closed at 6:08pm.

CSEA made public the interests they intend to pursue through the Interest-Based Bargaining (IBB) process. The proposal includes 10 articles they wish to address. The Board acknowledged receipt of the proposal, but requested that CSEA work with the Superintendent to maintain the current negotiation schedule.

WCSD chose to suspend their proposal response until CSEA Chapter 202 is able to present their proposal to the Board for approval.

After being ratified through CSEA's 610 process, the following Memorandums of Understanding (MOU) between the District and CSEA Chapter 202 were presented to the Board for approval: 2026 Custodial Hours Adjustment, Fall 2025 Reclassification, and 2026-2027 Start Stop Work Calendars. Board approved, 4-0.

Superintendent Morgan presented for approval a job description for the classified management position of Business Services Manager. Board approved, 4-0.

Superintendent Morgan recommended Cristina Gocobachi, Fiscal Analyst, for the classified management position of Business services Manager. Board approved, 4-0.

Superintendent Morgan presented Resolution 25-26-19 in Support of Increasing Base Funding for Public Schools. Board approved, 4-0.

Superintendent Morgan requested approval of recent recommended updates and additions to Board policy, Administrative Regulations, and Board bylaws. Board approved, 4-0.
