We are looking forward to welcoming our WCSD students back to school on Tuesday, 12th August!

All currently enrolled families must complete the annual Online Welcome Back/Data Confirmation.

Welcome Back/Data Confirmation ensures we start each school year with accurate information, informed families, and fully supported campuses. Please take a few minutes to complete this essential process.

Families will be guided through the 3-step online process:

Step 1 - Support a Complete Education with WCEF TK-12: Walnut Creek Education Foundation Annual Fund - a nonprofit that fills the gap between state funding and what our students truly need to thrive - supports our instructional specialists, libraries, electives, and enrichment programs.

Step 2 - Complete the required PTA/PTO/PERC Waiver & Get Involved: School specific participation waivers, membership and donation opportunities, information on how to get involved - all accessed through your school's Membership Toolkit. Membership, purchases & donations are optional.

Step 3 - Confirm Your Student(s)' information in Aeries: Make sure your school has accurate contact, emergency, and health information for your child. Aeries syncs directly with ParentSquare. so this step also ensures you won't miss important updates, messages, or emergency alerts.

If you have more than one student enrolled in the district, it will be necessary to repeat the steps for each student.

Residency Verification: Residency Verification is required for ALL returning students - this will take place in-person at your school site(s). You will be asked to provide one (1) item from Group 1 and two (2) items from Group 2 (dated no earlier than June 2025) as listed on our Residency Requirements.
