The Governing Board meeting will be held in person at:

Walnut Creek School District Office
960 Ygnacio Valley Road
Walnut Creek, CA 94596
 
The Governing Board will meet in Closed Session at 5:00p.m. on the following subjects:
  • G.C. 54956.9 - Special Education Final Settlement & Release Agreement, OAH Case Nos. 2025091084/2026010838 (one case)
The Governing Board meeting will reconvene to Open Session at 6:00 p.m.

The Governing Board will hold a Public Hearing on the following topic:
  • Parcel tax election for the purpose of levying a new parcel tax for nine years, which provides a local source of revenues for educational purposes
The Governing Board will hear the following agenda items for action:
  • Consent Calendar
  • Resolution 25-26-16 Parcel Tax Election
  • Testing Engineers, Inc. - Special Inspections & Testing Services - Murwood Elementary Modernization Projects
  • Cornerstone Earth Group - Geotechnical Engineering Services - Murwood Elementary Modernization Projects
  • American Modular Systems Change Order #1 - Walnut Heights Modernization Projects
  • Comprehensive School Safety Plans 2025-26
  • Declaration of Need for Fully Qualified Educators
  • Amended Board of Education Meeting Dates for 2025-26
  • CSBA Delegate Assembly Endorsements
  • CSBA Recommended Updates and Additions to Board Policy
