Notice is hereby given pursuant to Government Code Section 50077 that a public hearing will be held by the governing board of the Walnut Creek School District at a board meeting on February 23, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as convenient, at the District office, located at 960 Ygnacio Valley Road, Walnut Creek, CA 94596. The purpose of said hearing is to receive public comment regarding whether the District should call an election to create a new $98 parcel tax for nine years, with annual inflation, adjustments, pursuant to Government Code Section 50079.
Any interested persons, including all persons owning lands in the District, may appear and be heard at the public hearing.
