Notice is hereby given that the Walnut Creek School District Governing Board will conduct a public hearing regarding the Annual District Developer Fee Resolution at its next regular meeting to allow for public comment prior to consideration of adoption. The Governing Board meeting will be held:

As per Government Code sections 66001(d) and 66006(b), the annual accounting of the Capital Facilities Fund (Fund 25) and those finding must be made available to the public 15 days prior to this meeting. The accounting and findings may be viewed at the Walnut Creek School District by the public at any time.
