Actions from the Board Meeting

Resolution 25-26-02 for Determination of Sufficiency of Textbooks & Instructional Materials

Jan Rogenski, Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services, presented Resolution 25-26-02 which certifies that the District has provided each pupil with sufficient textbooks or instructional materials. Board approved, 4-0.

Certification of Instructional Materials

Jan Rogenski, Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services, asked the Board to approve the Certification of Instructional Materials, which serves as certification that the district is in compliance with all regulations regarding instructional material expenditures and that all core materials purchased are aligned to content standards. Board approved, 4-0.

Unaudited Actual Financial Reports 2024-2025

Vince Morales, Chief Business Official, requested approval of the unaudited actual financial reports for 2024-2025, which are a year-end summary report of the financial status of the school district. Board approved, 4-0.

CEQA Exemption for Indian Valley

Vince Morales, Chief Business Official, asked the Board to approve the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Categorical Exemption for the Indian Valley Modernization project. Board approved, 4-0.

Reclassification for Classified Employees

Kelly Eagan, Director of Human Resources, shared the 2024-25 reclassification process with the Governing Board.
Superintendent Morgan then presented her recommendation to approve three applications as recommended by the Spring 2025 Reclassification Committee. Board approved, 4-0.

Review of Governing Board Assignments

The Governing Board conducted their annual review of school liaison and committee assignments for the 2025-2026 school year. Board approved, 4-0.
