15th September 2025

The Governing Board meeting will be held in person at:

Walnut Creek School District Office
960 Ygnacio Valley Road
Walnut Creek, CA 94596
 
The Governing Board will meet in Closed Session at 5:00p.m. on the following subjects:
  • G.C. 54956.9 - Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation, One Potential Case (California School Employees Association vs. Walnut Creek School District)
The Governing Board meeting will reconvene to Open Session at 6:00 p.m., or as close to that as practicable.

The Governing Board meeting will hold Public Hearings on the following topic:
  • Sufficiency of Textbooks and Instructional Materials
The Governing Board will hear the following agenda items for action:
  • Consent Calendar
  • Resolution 25-26-02 for Determination of Sufficiency of Textbooks & Instructional Materials
  • Certification of Instructional Materials
  • Unaudited Actual Financial Reports 2024-25
  • CEQA Exemption for Indian Valley Elementary
  • Reclassification for Classified Employees
  • Review of Governing Board Assignments
 
This meeting will also be viewable via LIVE STREAM access.
