The Governing Board meeting will be held in person at:

Walnut Creek School District Office
960 Ygnacio Valley Road
Walnut Creek, CA 94596
 
The Governing Board will meet in Closed Session at 5:00p.m. on the following subjects:
  • G.C. 54956.9 - Existing Litigation, Special Education Compromise & General Release Agreement, OAH Case #2025110861
  • G.C. 54956.9 - Existing Litigation, Special Education Compromise & General Release Agreement (one case)
  • G.C. 54957 - Employee Discipline/Dismissal/Release - Employee #3446

The Governing Board meeting will reconvene to Open Session at 6:00 p.m.

The Governing Board will hear the following informational items:
  • Parcel Tax Survey Results
  • Annual Update to the Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) and Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF) Budget Overview for Parents

The Governing Board will hear the following agenda items for action:

  • New Era School Inspections Services for Murwood Modernization Project

  • Resolution 25-26-14 Black/African American History Month
  • Resolution 25-26-15 Kindness Week Proclamation
